আমার কোলন ক্যান্সার ধরা পড়েছিল দেশে। খুব কঠিন সময় সেটা। আমার চিন্তায় মাথা কাজ করছিলো না। মনে হইতেছিল যে আর দুই দিন পরেই মরে যাবো। আব্বা, আম্মু, আমার বউ, পোলাপান রা কান্না শুরু করে দিয়েছিলো। ঢাকায় গেছলাম, ডাক্তার স্কান করেই অপারেশন করতে বললো। ভয় পাচ্ছিলাম। তাই আবার গেলাম আরেক নাম করা ডাক্তারের কাছে। উনারা দেখে বললেন ১২ টা কেমো দিতে হবে। এবার মাথা নষ্ট হয়ে গেলো। কেউ কয় সার্জারি তো কেউ কয় কেমো ! এ কেমন চিকিৎসা ! চাচা ,খালু রা বললো ইন্ডিয়া তে টাটা তে যেতে। পাসপোর্ট ছিলোই, ভিসা করতে দিচ্ছিলাম সবে, এমনসময় মনে পরে ফেইসবুকে রানা দাদা কে , 2020 সালে আমার আপুর ব্রেস্ট ক্যান্সার চিকিৎসার সময় উনি ই হেল্প করেছিলেন। ওনার কাছ থেকে সন্ধান পাই ইন্ডিয়ান ক্যান্সার ট্রিটমেন্ট এর। রানা দাদা ওই খানে কোনো বড়ো পোস্টে আছেন। ওনার কথা দেখেছি ইন্ডিয়ান ক্যান্সার ট্রিটমেন্ট এর সবাই শোনে, এমন কি হাসপাতালের সবাই ও ওনাকে খুব মানে। উনি কিছু ফোন করে বলে দিলে ডাক্তার বাবু ও সাড়া দেন। এটা আমার অভিজ্ঞতা বললাম। জানি লেখা টা একটু বড়ো হয়ে যাচ্ছে। কিন্তু আসলেই বেঁচে ফেরার আনন্দে পুরোটা লিখতে চাইছি।
রানা দাদা আর ইন্ডিয়ান ক্যান্সার এর বনলতা আপু সবসময় আমাদের পাশে ছিলেন। অনারা আমাকে মেডিক্যাল অপিনিয়ন দেন, এবং যে হাসপাতালে আমাদের রেকমেন্ড করেন সেটার নাম শুনে আমার চাচা রা বলেন দালাল দের কথা না শুনতে। আসলেই আমাদের এখানে বয়স্ক মানুষ রা ক্যান্সার ব্যাপারে ধারণাই রাখেনা আর দালাল শব্দের মানেই জানে না। কারণ ইন্ডিয়ান ক্যান্সার ট্রিটমেন্ট ও রানা দাদা রা আমার জীবন বাঁচিয়েছেন। কোথায় দালাল আর কোথায় আসল মানুষ এনাদের মতো। আমি অনড় ছিলাম যে রানা দাদা যেখানে বলেছেন সেখানেই যাবো।
ভিসা করে ওনাদের টিকেট পাঠিয়ে দেই। আমার সাথে আমার বউ ছাড়া কেউ ছিলো না। আমার বউ ভয় পাচ্ছিল যে আমাকে হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করলে ও কীকরে একা থাকবে ! আমার সমস্যা রানা দাদা কে জানালে ওনারা কলকাতা থেকে আমাদের সাথে অর্পিতা আপু কে দিয়ে দেন। সেই খরচ অবশ্য দিতে হয়েছে। কিন্তু তার বদলে যা সাহায্য পেয়েছি সেটা তো ভোলার নয়। অর্পিতা আপু আমাদের সাথেই কলকাতা থেকে চেন্নাই যান। আমাদের রিসিভ করার জন্য গাড়ি ছিল। গাড়ি আমাদের আগে থেকে ঠিক করে দেওয়া গেস্ট হাউসে নিয়ে যায়। দৈনিক ১৫০০ টাকায় খুব ই সুন্দর বাসা, পরিবেশ ও দারুন। সামনেই হাসপাতাল। পরেরদিন হাসপাতালে দেখানোর পর আগেই আমাকে পেট সিটি দিলো। বাংলাদেশে আমার অভিজ্ঞতা বলার পর ওখানে ডাক্তার রা কিছু বললেন না, শুধু হাসলেন। অর্পিতা আপু সব কিছু ডাক্তার আর আমাদের বুঝিয়ে দিচ্ছিলেন।
পেট সিটি এর রিপোর্ট আসার পর আমার বাওপসি স্লাইডের একটা রিভিউ ওনারা করার পর, সোজা সার্জারির পরামর্শ দিলেন।
প্যাকেজ এসেছিল প্রায় ৮ লাখ এর, রানা দাদা ওটা কে কমিয়ে ৬.৭৫ লাখ করে দিয়েছিলেন। আমার সার্জারির পর আমাকে ৮ দিন হাসপাতালে থাকতে হয়েছিলো। আমার বউ কে সেই সময় নিজের আপুর মতো আগলে রেখেছিল অর্পিতা আপু।
ডিসচার্জ এর পরে ফাইনাল বায়োপসি রিপোর্ট আসার পর আমাকে রেডিয়েশন আর কেমো এর একটা কম্বো দিতে হয়েছিল পরবর্তী একমাস ধরে আর পেটে একটা ব্যাগ দেওয়া হয়েছিল। ওই ব্যাগ নিয়েই আমরা দেশে ফিরে আসি। তিন মাস পর আবার ফিরে গিয়ে ছোট অপারেশন করে ব্যাগ টা খুলে দেওয়া হয়।
এখন আমি ভালো আছি, আমরা ভালো আছি। আমি স্বাভাবিক জীবন যাপন করি। কোনো অসুবিধা হলে রানা দাদা রা সরাসরি ডাক্তার বাবু দের সাথে ভিডিও তে কথা বলিয়ে দেয়। আমার আবার ফোলো আপ আছে এক বছর পর।
এই হলো আমার অভিজ্ঞতা।
ক্যান্সার নিয়ে রানা দাদা আর ওনার টিম মানে ইন্ডিয়ান ক্যান্সার ট্রিটমেন্ট এর যা জ্ঞান আর সব হাসপাতালের সাথে যা সম্পর্ক , তেমন টা আর কারোর পক্ষে থাকা মনে হয় সম্ভব না কারণ ওদেশে যাবার আগে আমাকে রানা দাদা যেভাবে চিকিৎসা শুরু থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত হবে বলে বুঝিয়েছিলেন, ওখানে ডাক্তার রাও একদম সেভাবেই চিকিৎসা করেছেন। রানা দাদা ডাক্তার কিনা জানি না, ওনার সাথে কলকাতার অফিসে একবার ই দেখা হয়েছিল, কিন্তু ওই দেখা তেই বোঝেছিলাম উনি সাধারণ মানুষ নন, দেখলেই একটা সম্মান জাগে মনে।
রানা দাদা, বনলতা আপু আর অর্পিতা আপু, আপনারা সবাই ভালো থাকবেন। আমি আজীবন আপনাদের প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞ থাকবো।
আর সবাই কে বলি, ক্যান্সার হলে নিজের ছাড়া আর কারোর কথা শুনবেন না, পরিজন দের কথা তো এক্কেবারে না। চোখ বন্ধ করে ইন্ডিয়ান ক্যান্সার ট্রিটমেন্ট দের সাথে যোগাযোগ করবেন। সুস্থ হবেন নিশ্চিত।

আমার আম্মুর লিভার ক্যান্সার এর জন্য ট্রান্সপ্লানটেশন এর সময় আমরা অনেক অনেক কনফিউজ হয়ে গেছিলাম। অনেকে অনেক অনেক হাসপাতাল আর ডক্টরের নাম বলেছিল, বাংলাদেশ থেকে আমাদের ট্রিটিং ডক্টর ও চেন্নাই এর একটি হাসপাতালের নাম বলেছিল। কিন্তু আমরা ওই সবকটি হাসপাতালেই খবর নিয়ে খুব হতাশ হয়ে পড়েছিলাম। আমাদের হাতে বেশি বাজেট ছিল না। তাই খুব নামী ব্র্যান্ড এ আম্মুর লিভার এর এই অপারেশন করা সম্ভব হচ্ছিল না। সেই সময়ে আমার এক বন্ধুর মাধ্যমে আমি ইন্ডিয়ান ক্যান্সার ট্রিটমেন্ট আর অর্গান ট্রান্সপ্লান্ট ইন্ডিয়া এর ব্যাপারে জানতে পারি। আমাদের পুরো সমস্যা খুলে বলার পর ওনারা আমার বাজেটের ও তিন লাখ রুপি কম খরচে আম্মুর সমস্ত ট্রিটমেন্টের ব্যবস্থা করে দেন, লিভার ট্রান্সপ্লান্ট করার দরকার ই পরে নি।ইন্ডিয়ান ক্যান্সার ট্রিটমেন্ট আর অর্গান ট্রান্সপ্লান্ট ইন্ডিয়া কে অন্তর থেকে শ্রদ্ধা আর ভালোবাসা নিরন্তর

আল্লাহ আমার ভাইরে বাঁচিয়েছেন ইন্ডিয়ান ক্যান্সার ট্রিটমেন্টের সাথে যোগাযোগ করিয়ে। আমার ভাই এর থাইরয়েড ক্যান্সার ধরা পরে আর দেশে ডাক্তাররা সাথে সাথেই ভর্তি করে অপারেশন করতে বলেন। আমি সেই সময়েই ইন্ডিয়ান ক্যান্সার ট্রিটমেন্টের খবর পাই ও যোগাযোগ করি। ওনারা আমাকে সাথে সাথেই অপারেসন করতে বারন করেন এবং বলেন  PET CT স্ক্যান না করিয়ে অপারেসন করলে বড় ভুল হয়ে যাবে এবং এক বার অপারেসন ভুল হয়ে গেলে পরবর্তীকালে দ্রুত ক্যান্সার ফিরে আসতে পারে । আমি রিস্ক না নিয়ে হাসপাতাল থেকে ভাইকে ছাড়িয়ে আনি তার পর ভিসা করিয়ে ইন্ডিয়ান ক্যান্সার ট্রিটমেন্টের এর কথামতো সোজা চেন্নাইতে MGM ক্যান্সার হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যাই। ওখানে ওনারা PET CT আগে করেন এবং তার পরে দেখা যায় যে থাইরয়েড এই শুধু নয় আসে পাশের গ্ল্যান্ডেও ছড়িয়েছে। সেইমতো দুই দিন পরে অপারেশন করা হয় এবং তার পরে আয়োডিন থেরাপি দেয়া হয় । এখন ভাই ফলো আপএ আছে এবং সুস্থ। ধন্যবাদ ইন্ডিয়ান ক্যান্সার ট্রিটমেন্টকে , সঠিক উপদেশ দেয়ার জন্য এবং সার্জারির সময় ডিসকাউন্টও করিয়ে দেয়ার জন্য। - সিরাজুল ইসলাম

"ইন্ডিয়ানক্যান্সারট্রিটমেন্ট"  আছে বলে আজকে আমার আম্মু বেঁচে আছে। আমিমুম্বাই টাটাতে গিয়ে প্রায় ৩৫দিন ছিলাম ট্রিটমেন্ট করানোর জন্য কিন্তু কোনো ট্রিটমেন্টই শুরু করা যায়নি। শেষে ফেসবুকের মাধ্যমে ওনাদের ব্যাপারেজেনে ওনাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করি।ওনারা আমাকে পরের দিনই কলকাতায় ডাকিয়ে আনেন ও কলকাতায় HCG হাসপাতালে সব ব্যবস্থা করিয়ে দেন। পরবর্তী ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমার আম্মুর অপারেশন করে ফেলাho। তারপর তিনটি কেমো দিয়ে ওনাকে সুষ্ঠ করে দেশে ফিরে আসি। আমি যদি ওনাদের সন্ধান না পেতাম আর মুম্বাইতেই বসে থাকতাম তা হলে হয়তো আম্মুরবডি নিয়েই ফিরতে হতো।ধন্যবাদ ইন্ডিয়ান ক্যান্সার ট্রিটমেন্ট ।
